We are recruiting for the position of Accounting Administrative (for Germany support team) in the Shared Services company of Inapa Group.
This is a position with a fixed-term contract to perform the following functions:
- Registration/accounting of invoices and credit notes from third parties;
- Issue of invoices/debit notes for services upon request;
- Document processing after OCR procedures of APR by the company’s ERP;
- Interactions with other group employees to obtain necessary missing information.
Will be valued:
- Previous experience in similar tasks;
- Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Excel);
- Previous experience in ERP SAP;
- Knowledge of foreign language(s) (e.g. German/English).
The new team member will be integrated in the accounting group, there are separate teams for management planning and control, as well as for financial consolidation and reporting, by which he/she will be supported and which he/she will support.
