Inapa acquires Visual Communication company in France

Inapa Group has completed the acquisition of LOOS, a company specialising in the sale of printing equipment and consumables for visual communication (Viscom) in France.

This transaction is part of Inapa's strategic plan for the three-year period 2022-2024, which prioritises exploring growth opportunities by acquisition in the packaging and visual communication areas. In this way, the Group strengthens its position in France, where it is present in the paper distribution sector through Inapa France, and in the packaging sector with Inapa Packaging SAS, Semaq and Embaltec SAS.

For Diogo Rezende, CEO of the Inapa Group, "This is an important step in our strategy of diversifying into complementary businesses by investing in visual communication and LOOS. We recognise the high potential for value creation in this segment. With the conclusion of this operation, we will significantly increase the volume of business in Viscom in France (currently done through Inapa France) and develop conditions for creating commercial synergies and throughout the supply chain."
In addition to this new acquisition in France, Inapa has companies specialising in visual communication in Germany (Inapa ComPlott) and Portugal (Inapa Comunicação Visual), and operates in Spain in the area of visual communication through Inapa España.
